Kevin joined Fairview in 2025 and serves as a Senior Analyst supporting both investment underwriting and asset management initiatives. He brings a deep background in multifamily development, and construction to the team. Prior to joining Fairview, Kevin was Director of Project Management at Horizon Realty Advisors, where he led ground-up development projects and oversaw capital improvements across a national portfolio of multifamily assets. Before Horizon, he worked in construction management, building hands-on expertise in project delivery, budgeting, and technical execution.
