Ian joined Fairview in 2020 as the Originations Managing Director. Under his leadership, the origination platform has generated over $500 million in new investments for our active funds. Based in Puerto Rico, Ian expands Fairview's national presence, cultivating new lending and investor relationships. He holds an economics degree from Kenyon College, with a concentration in Arabic language.
