Augustus serves as an Acquisitions Analyst at Fairview Partners Investment Management, LLC, where he supports the investment team in underwriting, due diligence, and business development. He studied Business and Real Estate at the University of Washington, where he also competed as a member of the men’s rowing team, and earned a certificate from the Jack and Ann Rhodes Sales Program. Augustus began working with Fairview as an intern during his senior year and joined the team full-time in 2025.
